Pure saffron in stigmas


To make the most of the saffron's properties, it is useful to put stigmas in warm water for a few hours so to allow it to release all the characteristics crystallized in drying process . Alternatively, use a cooking broth or milk, as in case of cooked creams. The measure of 0.10 g is enough to prepare a risotto for 4 people. It is also perfect with chickpeas, eggs, white meats and peppers.

In order not to compromise the many organoleptic qualities and to best appreciate its power, it is recommended to add it in the final cooking phase.
