At "Il Picchiavento" we cultivate saffron, lavender and herbs, personally worked in our properties, in Monforte d'Alba, Langhe. The wine-and-food excellences of the province of Cuneo is well- known by the most part of the world and our main target is to be part of it with all our flavours.
Our farm agreed with the prevalent plan for the conversion to biological agricolture; our products, completely lacking in chemicals, fertilizers and pesticides, receive the cares according its proper schedule.
